How to buy an e-book
Placing an order for an e-book on Deastore.com is very simple.
Find the e-book of your choice on Deastore.com e-books dept.
Click on the button “add to cart”, that you find in the e-book product page and in the search results page.
The e-book will be carried in the Deastore.com Cart which will be always available from any page of the web site , clicking on the button “Cart” on top right.
Once you have chosen all the e-books you want to purchase you may click on “Send order”

Here you have to complete the login procedure if you are not yet registered.

Follow the step –by- step instructions on your screen and fill the form concerning invoice, shipping address and payment.
You may now double check your order data file. In case of geographical constraint for an item you will be notified and you have to confirm before placing the final order.
When ready you may place the order clicking on the button “Send order”.
Deastore.com will charge the amount due on your credit card or on your account and e-books are now ready to be downloaded on your “*e-book shelf*” .
E-books you have purchased will remain always available in your " e-book shelf".
Payment options for buying an e-book
On Deastore.com you may purchase e-books with PAYPAL your credit card. or through your “Business Account” (see Business Accounts section)
It is not possible to purchase e-books on cash on delivery from any Country.

Your credit card will be charged when your order processing procedure will be confirmed .


IVA
E-books follow the 21% IVA tax rule.

Electronic Shopping Cart

On Deastore.com we use two different shopping cart: one for all the items that have to be shipped ( books, dvd, games) named “Cart” ad one devoted only to electronic products (e-books) named “Electronic Cart” .
Therefore you have to place to different orders if you want to buy for example an e-book and a book.
You may add both e-books and items like books, Dvds or games in the same “Wish List” or “Buy Later” list.
Return Policy
E-books and all digital products follow the law AND NO RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED.
When you place an order and you complete the order processing procedure, no cancellation can be accepted.

In case you receive a product that differs from the product info on your order , (these details will be reported on the confirmation order when you will be notified by e-mail that the order has been confirmed) you may contact our customer service by e-mail: customerservice@deastore.com
