D3 How to buy using the “Consumer” account

To buy an item, just put it in the shopping cart clicking on the ADD TO CART icon.
While navigating in deastore.com, it’s always possible to see and/or to modify the shopping cart content (titles, number of copies, total amount in EURO) clicking on the “Details” link or on the “Cart” icon available in every page of the website.
It’s not compulsory to buy all the items in the cart. It’s possible to remove titles or to move them to the “Wish list” where will be kept until they are bought or removed.
When sending the order, the price of those titles that are in the wish list, will not be added to the total bill.
To buy an item from the “Wish list”, just move it again to the shopping cart checking the box near each title and clicking on “Add to cart” .

When the selection is finished, to send the order click on “Proceed to checkout” button in the shopping cart page and follow the instructions that appear on the screen.

Step 1
For new customers, the ordering procedure will require at this time the online registration, while old customers must type the Login (e-mail address and password).

Step 2
If the shipping address is different from the invoicing address, click on “Add shipping address” and type the information requested.

Step 3
When checking the shopping cart content, it is still possible to remove items or to modify the number of copies

Step 4
Select the shipping method more adequate (for more information see: C. Shipping); it is possible to add your reference number, date and notes.
Note:
The shipment is normally done when order is complete, is to say when all ordered items are available in deastore.com warehouses. If one or more title are delayed, shipment will be only for those items received in deastore.com warehouses and customer will be informed by e-mail about delivery time for missing items.
For items needed urgently, we suggest to order them by separate and singularly.

Step 5
Before sending the order, check carefully all data: it’s still possible to correct mistakes. Then click on “Confirm”.

Step 6
Select payment method. deastore.com accept the cards: VISA, Master Card, American Express e Diners.
ONLY for Italy, it is possible to pay cash on delivery.
Click on “Confirm” to send the order. Order receipt will be confirmed by e-mail and another one will be sent when goods are shipped to customer (if these options have been selected).

Tracking the order
It’s very easy to track on order. Just click on Account", login with e-mail address and password, and select Order status . (For more information “D.2 Entering and managing "Consumer” account).

Cancelling an order
Orders are processed inmediately, so it’s not possible to cancel an order after registration. Nevertheless it’s possible to send an e-mail, inmediately after registration, to customerservice@deastore.com with subject: “deastore.com order cancellation”, giving the following information:

  • e-mail address used to login
  • user name and surname
  • number of the order to be cancelled (given by deastore.com: this information is available in the page that appears at the end of the ordering procedure and in the order confirmation e-mail)
    NOTE: to cancel only some of the items, specify each title, otherwise all itmes in the order will be cancelled.

If the cancellation e-mail reaches deastore.com when order has already been sent to publishers, it will be possible to return goods within 8 days from receipt, if the items are not damaged and the deastore.com seals have not been removed.
