Orders are processed as soon as they are received.
Delivery date is based on 2 factors:

• The time needed to receive products and prepare them for shipment, expressed in working days in the Availability field (see “product details”)
  • NOTE: this field is managed directly by producers. Deastore.com is not responsible for information not updated or incorrect. Eventual changes after order will be notified immediately to buyer.
• “shipping method " *: the days needed for shipment, must be added to those in the "Availability” field
  • Example: a product “10 working days” with shipping method “express” for Europe ( 1-2 working days), will be delivered within 11-12 working days (aprox. 14-16 calendar days)

• NOTE: shipment (if not stated differently) is done when order is completed, is to say when all products of the same order are ready for shipment in our warehouses. It is possible to ask at any time a partial advanced shipment for products already available in warehouse, clicking on: “order status” (the cost will be charged separately).

NOTE:
customers with delivery at an “agreed frequency” (e.g. specific days, our staff, etc.), times are linked to solution selected.

ATTENTION: for purchases done with credit card, the amount will be charged the day in which the goods are ready to be shipped and not when the order is done in the website.

• “Availability”: Legenda (working hours or days)
• 1 working day: the product is available in the warehouse and will be ready for shipment in 1-2 calendar days.
• 5, 8, 10, 12, 15 working days: the product will arrive in our warehouse and will be ready for shipment in 7,11,14,16,20 calendar days
• 3-5 weeks: the product will arrive in the warehouse and will be ready for shipment in 3-5 weeks you’re your order.
• Not yet published: the information about the publication date are available in the page with the product details. It’s possible to order the product before publication: in this case i twill be shipped as soon as it become available
• Temporary not available: the product is not available at the moment. In that case the order will be kept in our system and as soon a sit will become available we will require an order confirmation
• Out of print: the product is not available, so the order for this product will be cancelled. Customer will be informed by e-mail.
