A.5 How to buy a product To buy in deastore.com it is easy!

IT IS NOT NECESSARY TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT PREVIOUSLY.

This operation will be done automatically once the first order is sent online (we do not accept orders by phone, fax or e-mail).

1. Find the product you want to buy (See A.4 how to do a search, and section G- Searching in deastore.com
2. Add it to the shopping cart clicking on “add to cart”
3. When all products are in the shopping cart, click on “send order”
4. Complete the buying procedure following the instruction that will appear on the screen
5. Once the order has been sent you will receive an e-mail confirming your purchase with a summary of the products ordered and the total amount of the purchase
6. At any moment it will be possible to check the status of your orders clicking on the “Order status” link at the top of each page

NOTE

• It is possible to ship products to an address different from that of the invoice
• Products in the shopping cart can easily be moved to the “Wish list” where will remain until they will be ordered or cancelled
• Shipment is normally done when the order is completed is to say when all product ordered are available in our warehouse. At any time it is possible to require the shipment of products that are already in the warehouse and the rest will be shipped when available.
